FAQS: Escape Rooms

We are locking you and your group in a themed adventure. You have 60 minutes to discover clues, solve puzzles, and work together to achieve your objective!

Prices vary depending on the location and experience you select. You can view pricing on our booking calendar.

Use our contact form, select the location of your booking, choose "Cancellation" as your purpose, and specify the date and time of booking in the message field, and we will take care of it for you.

If you paid a deposit it is fully refundable or transferable to another time slot if you notify us 24 hours in advance of your booking. For corporate or large group bookings we require 7 days notice in advance of your booking to process a full refund.

You will be required to pay a full deposit upon booking.

While our spaces are not fully wheelchair accessible due to stairs required to reach different levels, a section of our restaurant and lounge is accessible. We also have an ambulatory washroom. The interior of our spaces and all escape rooms can provide accommodations to those using mobility-assistant devices. Each room can be booked for up to 6 people. For special requests, please use our contact form.

Escape rooms are intended for all ages. However, guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please fill out our groups form for groups larger than 12 people. We will work with you to find space that suits your needs.

Absolutely! You can purchase gift cards online by visiting our gift cards page and can also be purchased in person.

Gift cards can be used when booking online and can also be used in person.

We accept cash, credit or debit.

As our bar is full service, we do not allow outside alcohol on site.
